Chef Teddy has spent several years in Los Angeles working as a production caterer.  His first experience in the industry was working as a Chef for the making of Survivor Palau.  Upon returning to Los Angeles, Chef Teddy worked on several independent films as well as commercial shoots, and TV shows such as American Idol. 

 

Chef Teddy”s On The Spot Catering company was recently honored to demonstrate their experience with production catering to our local film industry.  On The Spot was chosen as the caterer for the making of the film The Panic, here in Buffalo, New York.  This film had the caterer working extremely close to the actual set. Those of us in the know, realize this takes a certain type of professionalism and knowledge of the business to maintain a successful shoot.
