ABOUT

On The Spot was founded by Chef Teddy Smith with the goal of providing high-end cuisine at affordable prices. Working with locally-sourced, fresh ingredients has always been his standard. Chef Teddy is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and a member of the American Culinary Federation, New Orleans Chapter.

His career led to working in resorts and fine dining restaurants in six states across the United States; as well as three countries where he developed his culinary repertoire. Chef Teddy's approach is to work with each individual client to customize their event, no matter the cuisine or palate.
